With so many new things that humans create such as cars, planes and factories, our oceans are getting dirtier and dirtier because all the trash and leftovers are being thrown into it. Did you also know that the oil that is used to make your cars work is transported in big ships which sometimes spill into our ocean and me and other fishes drink it by mistake. This is very dangerous for us and can kill us.

Humans also use a lot of chemicals to make sure that their plants are not eaten by insects and these chemicals can come into the water and kill the little fish that eat it. Me and my family live on these little fishes and without them, as a result, we will also die.

These are just a few examples of what is happening to my home, the ocean. I mean imagine how you would feel if your neighbours came over and threw all their trash into your home. That would not be very nice and it can make you very ill if you don´t clean it up quickly.
